NOTICE REGARDING THE CLOSED SESSION TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MARCH 23, 2023, AT 4:00 PM, ROOM 424

The Board of County Commissioners will convene a closed session on Thursday, March 23, 2023, at 4:00 o’clock p.m. to discuss the following:

1. To consult with staff, consultants or other individuals to consider the acquisition of real property for a public purpose and matters directly related to the acquisition (General Provisions Article Section 3-305 (b)(3)).

2. Consultation with counsel to obtain legal advice concerning the matters referenced in number 1 above and other matters (General Provisions Article Section 3-305 (b)(7)). 

Persons expected to be present during all or part of the closed session are all three County Commissioners; Jason M. Bennett, County Administrator; T. Lee Beeman, Jr., County Attorney; and Jeffrey S. Barclay, Director of Economic and Community Development, as well as Recording Secretary, Cynthia A. Young.
