The Mayor and Council commended Allegany County Commissioner William R. Valentine for his continued support, kindness, and generosity. Commissioner Valentine has consistently attended the monthly meetings of the Mayor and Council since taking office in 2010. The Mayor and Council recently presented a commemorative plaque to Commissioner Valentine.
