An allowance has to be made that not every occupied mobile home will be replaced. Data from a survey of the residents about their mobile homes will be available for review.
  3. Cost to pack up, transport, and unpack contents of each of the 15 occupied mobile homes. An allowance has to be made that not every occupied mobile home will be relocated, and not every household will be relocated to another mobile home. Cost should include a cost per mile.
