NOTICE OF ACTION: Per Election Law Article 2-303 and 2-303.1, the Allegany County Board of Elections voted on the 2026 Gubernatorial Election Plan at its meeting scheduled on November 4, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. This meeting was open to the public and was held at the Allegany County Office Complex, 701 Kelly Rd., Rm. 230, Cumberland, MD.
Staff recommended to continue using the same locations as approved in the 2024 plan. The Election Plan includes the Election Day Polling Place Locations, the Early Voting Center location, and the Ballot Drop Box locations for the 2026 Gubernatorial Elections. The Allegany County Board of Elections voted to approve the 2026 Election Plan as follows:
