Tax Lien Sale Information

The 2025 Tax Lien Sale is Thursday, May 29, 2025.

Allegany County will conduct the 2025 tax lien auction online using a third-party service provider, RealAuction, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The list of properties at risk for auction will be made available using the link below and the Cumberland Times-News for four consecutive weeks prior to the sale.
